Black Horse Animal Hospital

Black Horse Animal Hospital is a full service large and small animal hospital.  Black Horse Animal Hospital was founded in 1997 by Willard L. Stoltzfus, V.M.D. and his wife, Beth Stoltzfus as a mixed animal veterinary practice providing services to Lancaster and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. In February 2007, the practice moved into a new building offering the latest in veterinary design and efficiency.

At present, Black Horse has four full-time veterinarians and two part-time veterinarians on staff servicing cattle, horses, sheep, goats, deer, dogs, cats, and exotics.

Small animal services include: in-patient care and Treatment; surgery including, spay, neuter, entropion, and exploratory; dentistry; cesarean and whelping; breeding and artificial insemination; as well as grooming, boarding and daycare.

Large animal services include: herd checks; deer services; reproduction; on-farm surgeries; nutrition; equine services and in-house large animal facility, as well as 24-hour on-call service for large animal emergencies.
